Recently Pefa has been MSC certified.

MSC certified fish is recently sold at the auctions of Thyberøn, Thorsminde, Hvide Sande, IJmuiden and Scheveningen. To give buyers from this auctions more detailed information, Pefa has the option to publish the MSC logo.

The Danske Fiskeauktioner (Thyberøn, Thorsminde en Hvide Sande) sell MSC Plaice and MSC Baltic Cod. In IJmuiden MSC Doversole is sold. Mainly MSC Plaice and MSC Doversole are sold in Scheveningen.

The MSC's fishery certification program and seafood ecolabel recognise and reward sustainable fishing. MSC is a global organisation working with fisheries, seafood companies, scientists, conservation groups and the public to promote the best environmental choice in seafood.
