Welcome! In this manual you can check all features of Pefa Auction Clock.
The first image shows an overall screenshot if you are logged in and following two auctions. The pictures next show pieces of this screenshot with an explanation of the features.
The left clock is named 'Clock 1', the next is called 'Clock 2'. If 3 clocks are visible, the right clock is called 'Clock 3'.
Hvide Sande: Auction Name
Next Vessels: Upcoming ships at the auction.
9999: This is your buyer number. You can change this number by clicking on the arrows. Here you have also access to your bank guarantee.
Article-Cer: The lot on the bottom will be the next one lot the clock. From the left to the right: species, size, quality, number of boxes, weight and certificate. When a green ball is visible, this means it is a divergent lot.
Green ball: Divergent lot (for example sales of batches or lots with variable box weight).
This is the current lot on the clock.
L 353 Biscayen: Name of the ship
IVB - lvb – Cen. North Sea: Catchment area
6: Number of days at sea
040 1000-2000: Size
NO GT IC: NO = Normal, GT = Gutted, IC = Iced
Kg/Box: Kilograms a box
Boxes: Number of boxes per lot
Rest : Amount of kilograms of the restbox
Weight: Total weight
QU: Quality indication
Last Price: Last price species
Supply: Total supply in kilograms of fish at the auction.
60,1-70 + dotted line, red arrow: The actual auction clock.
60,1-70: The currency in numbers that can be offered.
Dotted line: The units (1/10 to 10/10) of the currency that can be offered.
Red arrow: The pointer indicating the price that is currently on the clock.
Yellow dots on the dotted line: Full and half units (5/10 and 10/10) of the currency that can be offered.
White dots on the dotted line: 1/10 to 4/10 and 6/10 to 9/10 of a currency unit.
69,6 DKK: The price on the clock in numbers in the currency you buy. You can adjust the currency at Settings> Auctions.
9,36 EUR: This is your own currency to check easily at what price you buy. You can’t modify your own currency.
Thyborøn and yellow/white ball: When you click on one of these items, you stop the clock / purchase. Buying can also be done with your keyboard.
Psetta maxima maxima: Scientific name of the species
North Eastern Part Of The Atlantic Ocean: Catchment area.
Min: Minimum purchase
PIGHVAR 3: Local name species
Gill Net –Sea-packed: Catchment area + packed on land or sea.
Vessel-Loc Buyer: Previous lots descending
email@example.com: Username. Your email address is equal to your username.
Bottom bar: When you move over with your mouse, the bar expands and you can read news from (all) the auctions.
Buying allowed + green or red ball: Buying allowed yes (green ball) or no (red ball).
Number + green/red ball: Speed of your internet connection. A green ball allows you to buy real-time. When a red ball is visible you can’t buy anymore because your internet connection is too slow.
Yellow arrow: Autoplay. This allows you to track the (unsold) lots by auction.
Ship icon: You can set the preferred auction on your auction clock(s). When you click on, a list of all auctions you have access to appears. If you move over the left part of an auction's name there will appear a 1. When you click on the auction name it will display in 'Clock 1' in your screen. If you move your mouse pointer more to the right you will see a 2. When you click on, the relevant auction will appear on 'Clock 2' on your screen. When you want to lock this settings, you go to Settings.

Actual supplies: Actual supplies
Overview supplies: Overview supplies per auction and species.
Market prices: Market prices
Transactions: Your transactions
Expected supplies: Expected supplies
(Green) arrow per lot: Foldable with additional information like ship, captain, quality. When this arrow is colored red, the lot has already been auctioned.
Ball above yellow arrow (not visible on this screenshot): White ball: All sold lots per auction. Green ball: All unsold lots per auction.
When you buy, the above calculator appears.
9999: This is your buyer number. You can change this number by clicking on the arrows.
32,8 DKK: Price per kilograms in DKK
573,01 EUR: Total price after validation
4,41 EUR: Price per kilograms in your own currency.
130: Sale of batch.
R/P: Rest box. (Asterisk on keyboard.)
MIN: Minimum purchase (Minus sign on keyboard.)
MAX: Maximum purchase (Plus sign on keyboard.)
0-9: Numbers. This allows you to specify the number of desired boxes.
If you buy a divergent lot, the above calculator appears.
Left arrow: To select the entire row.
Scrollbar: To scroll from top to bottom.
40 kg: Fixed weight
781 kg -815 kg: Sale of batch
26 Kg – 12 kg: Lot with variable box weight.
Icon 1 stone: To select all variable box weight.
Icon 6 stones: To select all sales of batches.
When you click on Settings, the above menu appears.
firstname.lastname@example.org: Username and option to log out.
Language: Language settings
Buying allowed: User passive or active
Theme: Settings to personalize your lay out
Clock: To attach auctions to the desired Clock 1 and/or Clock 2. When you start/log in, these clocks will appear.
Auctions: Settings for the different auctions: currency, buyer number, surcharge.
Show trend last price: Show trend last price on/off.
Small clock in your currency: Clock in your own currency on/off.

Price uplift %: Surtax
Price uplift %/ kg: Always nominal price (+ 1 euro) of auction.
Buyer: You can attach a buyer number to an auction.
